Words to the Wise Editing Co. is a one-woman show launched in 2024 on good grammar and a dream.

 

Emma has worked in just about every field of media, including print, broadcast, and digital media. After nearly a decade in the corporate world, she left it all behind to pursue her passion for polished prose.

 

With seven years of experience as a certified copy editor, Emma's roster

of clients ranges from well-known brands and tastemakers to small businesses and local print publications. Her work spans topics covering lifestyle, food, finance, wellness, home design, and more. Emma is also a certified medical-legal and medical copy editor.

When not performing sentence surgery, you can find Emma in the stained glass studio, mastering horseback riding (English, for now), or searching for the best breakfast spot in Midcoast Maine.
